Each parent/guardian of a student and each student enrolled in Miami-Dade County Public Schools must sign and return the acknowledgement form provided during the opening of school each year. This must be returned to the school within (5) days of receipt. This page serves as acknowledgement that you have reviewed the Code of Student Conduct with your child.
